My Story – From Curiosity to Code
A journey from pulling apart old computers to building digital experiences and photographing people's stories.
The Spark
At just 8 years old, I started experimenting with cameras — and with computers. I'd open up old desktops just to see how they worked (even if I couldn't always put them back together).
First Camera, First Client
I got my first DSLR — a Canon EOS 100D — and started exploring commercial work, photographing small gigs and realizing: this is something people would pay for.
National Recognition
Selected as one of the Top 15 youth entrepreneurs in South Africa, I shared how I started earning with photography from a young age.
Enter Code
Grade 10 changed everything. I discovered coding — and fell in love. By 2021, I built my first Discord bot in Java using JDA API and realized: I want to do this forever — alongside my camera.
Formalizing the Vision
I began my studies at Open Window Institute, pursuing a Bachelor's in Creative Technologies, specializing in Interactive Development and Photography.

What is Comrobi?
Born from the combination of "Computers" and "Robi (Robotics)," Comrobi began in 2019 while I was fixing old phones and PCs at school, trying to earn extra income. Later, it evolved into a platform for building websites, applications, and digital systems that make life smarter and better.
"I believe that technology, if used creatively and responsibly, can transform the world — and I want Comrobi to be part of that transformation."
